I reserve all rights to decline a commission request.

Turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. Shorter timeframes are unlikely.

You will receive the full sized unwatermarked image, digital product only.

The product is only for personal use.

Do not repost without credit, resell, or merchandize my work.

Do not make edits to my work to include removing my signature.

Visual reference material is required (prior art, pinboard, google doc, etc).

Simple background and minor accessories are included in base prices.

You are allowed 3 minor revisions after sketch phase.

Do not use my work in any blockchain related technology to include NFT minting/selling, cryptocurrency transactions, and future developments of blockchain related technology.

Do not use my work in any AI or machine learning technology.

All rights not explicitly disclosed within this agreement are retained by the artist.

Requesting a commission indicates that you have read and agreed to the TOS.

Owner can make minor edits to the design to fit the universe.

Owner cannot change the design to be unrecognizable from the original.

Owner cannot resell higher than original cost unless owner has added other artwork. Gifts/Trades are allowed.

Owner must credit me for the original design.

All prices are in USD.

Payment is due up front via Paypal, Venmo, or Ko-fi.

Payment plans are available for commissions over $100.

No refunds once I begin color, full refund if I cannot finish your commission.
